Brand new owner of a mint 1988 328 GTB w/ 11,000 mi's and the lettering on my air cleaner cover needs to be replaced, anyone know who would do this repair? Not sure if it's painted or silk screened, looks as though it was never there, no signs of repainting. Also did all 328 lids have lettering on the lid ?

You have to search in the OLD archives. Use "airbox lettering" with "and" instead of "or" via the search at
    http://www.ferrarichat.com/cgi-bin/discus/search.cgi

That will yield a bunch of entries and examples.

Italian Auto parts will redo it for you for $250. On my 88 GTB, I had an exact stencil made and used white spray paint to redo it- it looks perfect.
