I have a mondial cab qv that needs a lower oil line. I was told that they can be repaired. If so, what kind of place repairs them?

Try places that do industrial hydraulic hoses. Also, race shops.

BTW, the difficulty is in the ends. Seems some have been able to reuse their old ones, some readily found new ones (or rather the line rebuilder found them...), and some struggled to find them. At least for a reasonable price.

May I make a suggestion? Buy one from ferrari UK. Its original, correct for the car, will last another 15-20 years and at 90GBP for one for my 308, I figured I couldnt loose.

The ends are simply metric versions of the AeroQuipt attachments.

Yes, the nut ends are metric, DIN type and are somewhat common. The difficult parts to obtain (at least for me anyways) were the banjos.

Go to your local general aviation (private plane) service. Ask them where they get aircraft hydraulic hoses rebuilt. Airplanes use hydraulics, and are kept in service for more years than your Ferrari. Rebuilding odd-ball hoses is nothing new for aircraft service techs.

Aircraft hoses have to be 'man rated', so the're assembled properly.
