What an excellent programme!! I hope you guys on the mainland get to see it one day.... One of the last lines of the commentary went something like this: Ferrari works at the same levelas myth and religion. It's something you believe in. It's something you live for. I hope someone out there had the technology to burn it to disk. Cheers, MARK
It was indeed an excellent programme. Great story in just 50 minutes. Enzo Ferrari - the movie, is also a movie about the live of Enzo Ferrari. But the vision is a littlebit different, but really great to see them both.
That was a great show! Nice way to start the weekend..the Feb issue of Evo will be a good way to end it if you can get a copy..roadtesting F40 vs F50 vs Enzo vs 288 GTO. My choice (on looks alone, sadly have not driven any yet): 288 GTO (gorgeous, lovely, stunning, 308 on steroids) F40 (Raw power) Enzo - undecided but mean as hell F50 - soap dish

Hi Marcus, I bought that copy of Evo....the "special Ferrari Issue". Unfortunately our car was not reviewed (nor yours Wolfgang). Did you enjoy the weather over the weekend? I stayed indoors and sulked! Cheers, MARK
Hi Mark I asked my parents to record it on DVD for me...I haven't spoken to them yet but if they remembered...(you know how its is with the the olds) I might be able to make a copy cheers Simon
Hi Simon, BRILLIANT! Yup, I understand your concern about "the olds". I'm still trying to train my mother to use text messaging, but have so far been unsuccessful. Cheers, MARK
Happily we were away for the weekend staying with some friends in Nottingham, so there would have been no Ferrari driving even if the weather was ok! Got very muddy walking through the woods though!
Was a nice program indeed, but not very new. Used quite a lot of footage of other videos I have and no new details emerged. Just the story that have been told dozens of times. Doesn't mean it is not great to watch; I also taped it ;-) Niels
Ey Niels...longtime no see you here at the FChat! Howwwa you doing?? (btw didn't see the Tv-docu. myself )
Niels - are you using a Sky Digital satellite receiver/decoder? I have my German sat receiver here with me and want to rig it up so that I can still enjoy RTL's brilliant Grand Prix coverage (despite the 20 minute ad-break just after the start of every race!). Cheers, MARK
