avatar restrictions/policy text could use some "enhancement"

    rob - the text on the avatar page that says what you can and can't do could benefit from being a bit more visible. perhaps putting the text in red would do it. maybe a bit larger. maybe some red border or something.

    alternatively, when the user hits the "Browse..." button you could pop up a dialog they'd have to read/agree to. but then if they url-link they wouldn't see that.

    clearly many folks aren't "getting the message". i wondered why, and it took me a few minutes to even find the policy text :).
