The challenge grill looks so much better! It's also known to cool the engine better!;-) In combination with your Tubi it's the perfect 355 to me! Driving your car top down must be like heaven! CIAO... Guy
Love the new look Tony, And should help dissipate the extra heat from the Tubi's better than the standard grill. Question, Was the prancing horse badge taken off the old grill and placed on the new challenge grill or did the challenge grill already have the badge on?. I know it sounds like a dumb question but I have had a disscussion with someone about getting some parts made but they would not incorporate the Ferrari badge into the design because of fear of trade mark infringement. Actually never mind. I'm sure this was a genuine Ferrari part. So no trade mark issue. Wazza
Tony/Guys Looks sweet with mesh grill.....but all the 355,s do.. Im gonna get the Carbon on and see how it looks....then maybe Challenge if it looks naf..I have no heating probs with Stock item so Cf should perform the same..i guess!!
Joe, I saw a Carbon one at Verdi's earlier this week. Solid carbon, not the challenge carbon with the holes. VERY SWEET. I amazingly light. At a guess I would say about 1 Kg. Good quality, high gloss finish. I think it would look good. I bumped into AJ, Manu's partner while I was there. They don't have any Challenge carbon in stock and is going to try a get one for me to look at. I need the holes for the CS. It would get to hot otherwise. Wazza
Oh sodding hell... I think I need a Challenge Grill now.... I knew this would happen! Thanks Tony!! Ed
Wazz, Im gonna get manu to fit that one and have a look, has the challenge grill got lots of hole wazz? Where can we get pics of these CF grills...."MANU" post these pls guv. See you soon ... joe
Joe, there are small pics of carbon products on Scuderia's website. I really think you need to see the grill in situ tho'. Karl shd be able to arrange fitting for small £.He had one left when i visited last Sat. Tony
The Challenge Carbon Grill has big holes in the centre section only. I definately need to see it first. I though the solid carbon one looked very cool. Joe, you should try it out to see what you think. Wazza
Paul, an insignificant amount to a man of your means..... i think £460 + VAT, but call Verdi's to find out for defo. Tony
