Those are nice but couldn't you have gotten pics of anything more rare and expensive? Just kidding. Those are awesome! How did they sound in person?
Yeah Peter Sachs had all his goodies there. And he's a nice guy to boot. By the way, did anybody else witness the "entrance" of the Enzo, F50, F40, and 288GTO down the brick drive in front of the Breakers on the Saturday? So there I was looking at the F1 car, when I heard something rumbling up by the guard shack. I walked over to check it out, and there was a black Enzo, followed by a red F50, followed by a red F40, followed by a red 288GTO. They each got checked in and then just nailed it down this little 1/16 mile brick driveway in front of the Breakers. The F50 and F40 must have had some wild exhaust systems because they were deafening loud. Yes guys I got it on video. I have to get it converted into a file and I will load it on FC. So the 4 cars parked together near the valet lot and there was an unending stream of people snapping pics of them all day long! Awesome.
Yeah I was actually standing right by the driveway when they went by. I need to go back to that "which car sounds best" poll and change my vote to F50 -R
Anybody see that guy at Moroso on Friday who kept wrecking his brand new Challenge Stradale? I first saw the car at about noon and he had hit something with the front bumper. When I saw the car later at about 3pm, he had done additional damage to the driver's side fender. It seems every time he touched the car he damaged it. Didn't seem to bother him too much, as he was all smiles in the pits. It was a Florida car that still had its In-Transit tags. That was something else.
