Why did they go and ruin the nose as well?

The question with this car is simple: how much to convert it back to stock? ITs dog poop like that!

    First thing ...
The front doesn't look good and same as for the rear end.

    Just give me a 365 GTB/4 Daytona. :)

Oh yeah if a had the choice between a Daytona Station wagon or a 456 Venice Station Wagon ...I'd take the Venice.

for some reason these things are called "shooting brakes" ... ? ... those of us on this side of the Atlantic call them station wagons... do a google search on shooting brakes and this and others will come up...

perhaps those in Europe could explain the meaning/background of the term....

as for the design.. i'm glad it wasnt a production run... but i think its kinda funky-looking in a Delorean-time machine kinda way...

in other words ... nice to see but i would never own one...

I know how to sell this car for REAL $$$$

Take all the Ferrari badging off and put
Chevy Nomad Badges on it and take it
to Barrett Jackson and sell it as a customized
    Chevy Nomad.
    Should bring a $400,000 easy.

    I like the car.

Shooting Break is from old days, when groups of people went out hunting, the guns were put in the back, thats why tey are called shooting breaks

It reminds me of a vega or pinto wagon. Does the owner have a mullet?

I believe I saw in a car book that they were called shooting brakes because the wealthy used to go hunting with them....

I remember seeing it at Goodwood in 2001.

It arrived on a transporter with the 330 Michelotti Estate (owned by the same French guy) and DB6 Station Wagon. Quite a sight..!

PS Does anyone know what the asking price / reserve on it was at Gstaad..?
