    Steel framed house (red iron frame) w/ steel (standing seam) roof. I would never build a stick house again. No warping of green wood (which much of it is today), straight walls, lower fire insurance cost, solid as a rock, no screws popping out of dry wall, etc. I could of put an asphalt roof on it, but wanted the lifetime roof. I can change color in the future if I want to. Cheers.

    Tork..The steel construction is sweet. Japan has been doing it for years. The frame assembly is extremely fast. With earthquakes in Kalifornia, we still have not come around to this yet!
