Next question: the gasket surrounding the spare wheel well. Is yours oval with a ridge on the outside top or round with the ridge on top?
Could you double check two things:
1 in Martin’s discussion above he mentions a radius on one edge, is there one on yours?

Yes Martin but only on the fronts. It assures correct centricity and isn’t a big deal.
Is 2 cans recommended? Could maybe be too much causing hi pressure switch to keep it off? Don’t know how big your cans are.
Black silicon adhesive works wonders here. Recommended otherwise they will pop out again.
