Most batteries are only good for 6 years on every day cars and thats iffy. Change every 5 years for me to be safe.

I disagree. Hamilton landed in a program that was working, he didn't develop the McLaren. IMHO.
Brawn had good points. MS had to tell techs/mechanics what the car was doing, Hamilton is told what the car is doing by the techs/mechanics.
