remove exhaust mani's and cut access holes, remove, and weld back. I might consider after market mani's too.

My extenders were quite small....just maybe an inch total. I didn't think they would work. But the cel went away and my smog guy, or I think...
Put on extenders before your next smog just for kicks and see if he visually fails you. Take off and go back. 15 minute job to add and remove them.
