i would pay as a seller, but i agree nopassn, if im going to pay 1-2 bucks per item to only get 10 bucks out of it, id rather just put it on ebay....

i dont understand why they make you go through dyno testing. Unless you had an emission problem, even still, you shouldn't haven't to go through...
if its a 95, im pretty sure its a "safety only check" theres no need for a dyno, and your not plugging into the OBD port which i also believe is...
