Sorted, flipped the cooler around reversed inlet and outlet flows - no noise, had to chane the mounting brackets.... but the oil pump is silent...
Dave you were right, one side had pertrusions into the main flow cavity the other side didn't. I flipped the coil cooler so the protrusions...
