    I doubt you can find a slow leak with soapy water or flame. Invest in a leak detector kit, comes in handy for finding oil, coolant and fuel leaks...

    1981 and older now qualify for collectors plates in Colorado!

    Not in NY, at least not around NYC. You will get a ticket for not having a front plate, especially if you're driving an exotic.
