correct they did change the car for the movie. why you'd have to ask the director but i can see it having more impact in the scene being the lambo.

its personal taste of course but i find that balcony too removed. The main dancefloor tables are fine once at the booth but yeah the dancefloor...
i've just never seen it nor heard of it being held for a private customer. the angle is so bad and the balcony wall so high you have minimal view...
that's the Red Room balcony.... whoever told you its $25K to rent is pulling your chain. Anyone can walk out there anytime AFAIK. I've been there...
