Yes. Ridiculous. I’m out.
I was “allocated” one of the “few” 12 cylinder cars right when the car was announced and asked to pay a deposit. That is coming up for 3 years...
Anyone who thinks these cars aren’t going to absolutely crater is very mistaken. It’s going to make the depreciation on a 296 gtb look like a walk...
I think someone is going on the naughty list for putting that on BAT. I wonder if the dealer has a lien on the car, even if it was bought for cash.
I wonder if that is old enough to be pre-GPF?
Agree, I highly doubt it’s illegal, you are free to voluntarily enter into stupid signed agreements (like I did), which are then enforceable....
My understanding is they’re pretty profitable, the money comes from service and taking 5 to 10% on the sale of consigned cars.
Yes I’m looking for a minty fresh one
Because I don’t fit comfortably in the car, I don’t like the haptics on the wheel and I have no interest in a car that I need to plug-in. The car...
As soon as I get the paper title in hand I’m listing my 296 GTS on BAT so that will give us some intel.
Yes just waiting for the title to arrive and then will blow it out.
Ok after half a day of messing around they folded on the cable too. Boy this has been hard work and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Time to blow...
haha indeed!
Ok title is sorted they didn’t use middle initial. Still messing around with the cable.
Ok update. I got the car back and they didn’t include the charging cable. They are now claiming the cable wasn’t there when I delivered the car...
@moderators not sure where to post this, but these pop-up ads on the Mobile version are crazy the full page ones makes it impossible to navigate
Correct and more fool me obviously, for not reading the small print.
Ok I just pulled the agreement they made me sign. I want to be fully correct with the facts. Buried in the third para they do reference a lien....
No I wasn’t able to remove the lien, I had to sell the car through them and they took a $75,000 commission.
As soon as the lien is off and I have a title I’ll be happy to share!
