I believe you slip about less during hard conering and breaking with alcantara or technical fabric seats. Leather seats offer less grip.

Drill a 3mm wide hole in the centre of the wheel badge. Screw in a 4mm screw. Pull on the screw with pliers or mole grips. Simples.

IPA (isopropyl alcohol) or meths should do it. Follow up with a leather moisturiser though.
Can't you get the same effect by using the battery isolator under the hood for a few seconds? Cheaper than taking it to a stealer.
