Just take the seats out, there's more than enough room in the cabin. Surely it couldn't be that hard compared to pulling the engine out.. Doing so...
Belts certainly need replacing but it's not the end of the world if you go a little "longer". 5 years is reasonable for hardly driven cars IMHO....
