I can try that - its a little challenging because the parameters don't all fit on one screen but I will give it a shot.
Also - I don't believe it is an issue with the console switch itself. It always engages in either direction and has never felt intermittent.

OK - cleared the codes and ran again. The only error I am getting now is 62 - Invalid Switch Combination. I am still not sure what to look for...
