    Yes, some people replace with aftermarket versions ..... I just used OEM .... depending on the material used, some of the aftermarket bushings...

    The OE bypass is 'normally closed' until the ecu powers the bypass solenoid and allows vacuum to the actuator. The cappy bypass is 'normally open'...
