    On my 355 ... I have used BFGoodrich, Pirelli, Mich PS2 and finally Mich Super Sport ..... BFG was ok, wore quickly and very slippery when wet...

    I agree with this data ..... while not immune to the problem .... I believe fewer 98 - 99 suffered this valve guide fate .... as the factory made...

    Exhaust gas itself travels at a fraction of the 'speed of sound' .... especially in the exhaust system ... as sound waves accelerate with exhaust...
