    The AD keeps putting liens on the cars I buy for cash!

    ROFR is a joke and not enforceable......I would absolutely apes&*t if a dealer put a $1 lien on a car I bought for cash

    The the release says it is in response to import tariffs.....what if they are scaled back?....Will they scale the increase back?....likely not

    Depends on your "status"....my guess is that the dealers hold some "spots" until they are officially allocated. Meaning they might tell one person...
