Oh, yeah, they don't usually rattle if they're open. So it could be something else.

Aldous at AV Engineering is worth a call. Not sure if he still does PPIs but he's incredibly thorough, knows 430s very well and is based in Kent.
Bypass is the same, the bracket isn't there on the CS as far as I can tell. Will try to post some pics tomorrow. I can't see anything else nearby...
