well they are very highly strung so no doubt they'd be there somewhere...
if you change the gauge then the tremolo will go off balance, and I find that more than .73mm picks don't give me enough control during those...
it's a floyd rose, you can't mess about with different string gauges
I don't think so, there's barely a cm of string clamped in each saddle. if they did they'd snap all the time

normal .009-0.042 and .73mm plectrums it never ever goes out of tune, that's what the locking nut's for
maybe normal whammy bars goes out of tune, but not floyd roses! mine only cost £130 and has a gibson humbucker, ebony fretboard, bound neck and...
