Ian Most generic OBD readers just read the ECU and don't even scan the other ecu's in the Ferrari so that's why you will miss codes
Hard to say ..sounds normal ..pump and solenoid be activated and then off..maybe the actuator is getting a little hung up due to air or no relearn...
The solenoids look good ..no need to change The blue label is the proper one At this point let's just wait until you get the flashed TCU and go...
Ian The Ferrari specific codes are not usually displayed by generic obd readers unless they are causing a check engine light So not sure what...

What scan tool is that ..it seems it only reads obd error codes ..you need something like I mentioned above posts to get to the Ferrari specific codes
