The sound and gearbox is most definitely it's party piece.
From memory there was about an £8k surcharge for it.

Errr....no, wrong on both accounts. It's a Spider not an Aperta and so thus not an LE and no where near your mentioned price point.
I have done and recommend you do both (full PPF + ceramic)......they serve different purposes and together protect the car beautifully.
My understanding is that it will be a Spider and not an Aperta.
For me in the UK for the two tone stripe the extra was £1019 ($1350 ish) on top of the standard stripe cost.
