In Italy we have 22% VAT that's why the basic price is higher basic price in Italy is 380k + 16K mandatory pack of options so it will be 396k

Just to let you know, on the 12 Cilindri the Giallo Triplostrato and all those 3/4 layers colors in Italy are 29800k euro VAT included
We still didn't see those rims in full black on a real car, for me they will be much better in single color
