i just repaired my cloudy lights. It’s quite easy- get the headlights out and use a Dremmel mini cutter- there is a perfect slot in the light...

As said in my parallel post, I had the same on my rear base grill. Just a tough rub with a semi- course cloth and it all came off quite easily....
Nothing at all on the cloth- just a rub and its as good as new.
