That Ricambi connector is what is used on the fuse box connectors. You could compare it to yours, but it looks different to me.
The water pump should not be affected by the clutch. Perhaps your throw out bearing is on borrowed time.

Double checked the fuse, its fine. Pulled the fuel pump relay and used the jumper wire as per your diagram but got only silence. Next step?
