I haven"t put new tires on my 430 yet, but when I do I'll go with the Conti Extreme Contact. I just put them on my AMG and they are real nice.

I wipe mine down each time I wash the car with the wet micro fiber cloth I used to dry the car. Seems to keep it very clean.
