How can something be ‘undervalued’ if demonstrably it is not selling? Clearly, low miles are worth nothing although they may attract more buyers.

Ferrari people might want low miles but dealers don’t price this. There seems to be very little discount for higher miles.
I’d still want all the paperwork of a proper history for that money, wouldn’t you?
