This was issued to Giulio Borsari who was one of the chief mechanics of Ferrari from 1964-1973.

From what I know, I think these postcards were given out to clients of Ferrari.
Very few were used for postcards--so I am told.
I bought my 599 from Stu Carpenter. Very happy with it.
I live within 5 miles from them. Very interesting cars go through there.
