It was originally a Canadian car. I inquired briefly before the car I ended up with presented itself.
Terry, it sounds weird, but I don't know where they came from specifically - a trusted supplier of a facilitator. Simply got lucky!
138474 has a crate of OEM gated conversion parts en route. She won't get getting the swap anytime soon as I'm enjoying F1 for now, but it's great...
Agree. My theory is that there's a wider band of buyers in the "low miles but enough that I can drive to C&C on weekends" category who are willing...

Looks like the '04 RC/Tan at Ryan Friedman sold. 11K miles, modulars, shields, carbon trim, red calipers, fresh belt service.
Took about 3 weeks....
I have re-used the "champagne would fall from the heavens" line at least 100 times. What a terrific scene that was!
No CEL or programming needs on mine.
They are both wonderful cars. The 575 feels more than just a "slightly evolved" 550 but retains the core Maranello-ness that makes them sublime...

But Ferrarichat-type enthusiasts probably DO only represent 10% of all buyers...
Seller seemed particularly desperate to unload the car; I wonder what else is lurking in the maintenance to-do’s. But what we know:
