I don't think so, its working, just not engaging reverse it seems.

weird one today
car recently serviced and driven less than 50 miles but just come out of two weeks storage on trickle charge
My guy repainted my Cam covers as they were tatty at the back (a common issue) and it was a £1.2k job inc paint strip and refit.
Just ordered a couple of new rears for our Euro trip in May to the South of France. 315/35/R20 MPSS K spec from Cam Skill in the UK, £540, + £50...
Theres a manual release underneath for emergency opening as well if needed
I've just had the Quicksilver mufflers added and now its bedded in and done 1k miles its a nice rich rumble now !
It was in that position, its been moved up a few CM now though so easily accessible.
I had a front & rear camera fitted when I replaced the stereo.
Had mine 4 years now (2009MY), bought it with 25k, now done 56k miles, just had a new clutch, wasn't gone but a master clutch line went and it was...

I was advised it was down to the tyre wall rigidity & strength here in the UK.
Sorry - i should have added that unless the MP4S come in matching Ks series they should be avoided as they also wont have the sidewall strength...
I was advised recently not to Mix K1/K2 as they have different tire wall strengths and should match for Insurance purposes.
Still deciding what...
Mine was caused by a wet ECU in the drivers door weirdly !
