Pivot nut above makes sense now. Meaning the one holding the slide bracket above the one circled. Gotcha
So when tightening up 32 after tensioning with a big screwdriver/wood/ broom handle etc 33 may want to turn on you and that’s where a 17 mm may...

I see. So loosen on the side facing the A/C but may have to use wrench on opposite side when tightning. Thanks.
Thanks for pointing that out. Didn't know. I've done so many mechanical things this year that are much more complex with the aid of videos....

Can only two bolts be loosened? Seems the one at 2 and 8 need be. The topmost one at 11 seems just to hold the slide bracket?
Loosen both but not the third one at 11 o’clock?

Thanks yes have wheel off and liner now. So do you only have to loosen 2 of the bolts? Looks like the top bolt is just to hold the slide bracket...
