If you can't afford testing an F1 car, you cannot afford to race an F1 car.
Ok, allow them 3 times as many practice days per year as there are race days per year.

About the only thing F1 does correctly is qualifying.
NA one race weekend motors: displacement limited, any fuel legal, BTU "gas" tank limit.
I will not buy another Ferrari unless it has a manual. (period)

Or you could make it 20 but count the suspension a-arms in the total.
