The Michelin PS4's are excellent, you can't go wrong with those. I've never been impressed by Pirelli's and especially not Bridgestone.
That car did SFA mileage in those 8 years. The seller tried to convince me that was fine, "oil doesn't deteriorate" etc etc. It's not that history...
Unless they edit out the 8 year gap in service history it's not likely to be going anywhere soon... At least they seem to be getting an...

Are you looking at the timing belts or auxiliary belts for water pump, power steering, a/c etc? Timing belts are the important ones, and can't be...
Fresh oil never hurts, it's cheap easy maintenance. I always change oil at least once a year, more often if doing track days or higher mileage.
