Same here. I actually think the visibility is pretty good on our cars, so if my mirrors are set up correctly I don't have any problems.

Same button you used to set your forward seat/mirror positions. It will then position automatically when you engage reverse.
While in reverse you can adjust the mirror tilt and then press the seat memory button until you hear a beep to save your preferred position as well.
