I had the same thoughts, in Italy with the 22% VAT PPE1 is 19500 euro...

In Italy we have 22% VAT that's why the basic price is higher basic price in Italy is 380k + 16K mandatory pack of options so it will be 396k
Is included anyway in the "basic price"
