Reviving this thread. Can you confirm you put AcDelco 171-1010 pads on your F430 and they fit and work?

I think I originally left the white backing off, but installed it was too bright. I re-did it with the backing. It not only toned the light...
It's been a while, but I think my gauges came with a sticky backing. I don't remember having to use my own dbl-sided tape.
Yeah my car has full carbon fiber interior.
I also did used the repair kit. Very easy and works well.
