    If I connect pin1 on plug 7E to "earth" the lighting of dashboard turn on. I got that information what I needed. Thank you very very much!!!

    I want to turn on this dashboard without car. I connected pin1 and pin2 on plug 6E to +12V , pin3 on plug 6E to "-". Dashboard turned on. And now...
