No it not sound better then the 488 ........ is better the the F8 , sound was one of the reason why I sold my F8 .........
comparing the 488 to the f8: the f8 suffers less from understeer and everything in the suspension calibration, even the load transfers are more...
as a former owner of 488 / F8 / 488 pista and now 296 .......... the sound of the 488, particularly pista, cannot be beat . The F8 is a step above...
Your opinion is very harsh, the SF90xx is absolutely a great car and of course the V8 will have more power than a V6 of the 296VS, but the SF90...
Nu unfortunately bumper needs to be removed ......... planning to order the Novitec ones .......
Personal opinion , Pista is Pista , slower than 296 AF (never try non AF) ....... but the feeling that you have on the steering , brake etc can...

yes , only issue , you have to remove bumper fo the installation .........nothing that can be done by yourself ( in my case at least )
