    Have you checked the front anti roll bar bushes and links? They're easy to check.

    Yes my car is a 2005, however it did have manifolds replaced in 2008 under warranty and these are the ones that i welded. Ive heard of mk1 and mk2...

    Also you don't need to disconnect the a/c compressor pipes. You can just move it to one side thus saving a regas.

    Due to the "famous cracks", I have removed my manifolds and repaired them also removing the pre-cats in the process. I have no CEL/Engine...
