if it doesn't have engine oil leaks I would pay the highter price...cars that sit = more likely leaky seals etc...make sure the foglight...
I paid 54K for my 87 gtb red/black 21,000 miles all original perfect condition except needed major service and needed hinge pins slightly saggy...
I would definetely go for the 328! the door sagging seems to be an issue every 20K miles or so...a ferrari restoration shop did my hinge pins...
