spinners. No.
Go with the Ferrari. Like you said all the business execs and bankers buy a fancy mercedes, so stand out. Personally I thought staring at huge black Benzes got really boring, and unless your buying one that car is even boring to look at. If I were the people you were meeting with and I saw another big black merc Id think....just like the rest....but if I saw a Testarossa, Id sit up straighter and say who is that? Make an impression with the 'Rossa. and if you take one to lunch they wont mind buying as a tradeoff...
Depends on who you're meeting is with. If you're doing business with Don Johnson...white Testarossa. Also, wear a pastel leisure suit, white t-shirt, deck shoes with no socks, and don't shave for three days. Meeting with Marlon Brando...black Mercedes. Also, wear a three piece pin stripe suit, wingtip brogue spectator shoes, and stuff cotton between your cheek and gum.
You lost me at Davin spinning wheels. I'd say neither one. Get a Ford model T body mounted to a Sherman tank chassis, pull that off & then just maybe someone might take you seriously.
Dear friends, Thank you again for the very fast extra advices. There are very helpful to me. I am here to learn from you, not to play games. ..I had to put a little bit of spicy in this conversation - especially for the persons which didn't bothered to answer on my very first thread..of course I don't like the 50cent style and the spinners are not my style. There are very ok the factory standard alloy wheels of the S8. I have driving license since only 18 months ago, in this time I used to drive an 2.0 Opel Astra Coupe Turbo - company owned. So I never had my personal car. For me it is kind of record that my first ever car to be not one but three all at once: S600, Testarossa and S8. And I hope this in maximum 6 months from now on - with self made money. After I will own these cars I will put some pictures of them here. Now I'm sure how to use each car, and I remain grateful to all of you. After this first record will be reached, the second is to own the following beauties: Acura NSX-T, BMW 850CSi, Lotus Esprit Turbo, Nissan 300ZX Twin-Turbo Targa, Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 and a Mazda RX-7. This means another 2 years of waiting.. Keep in touch! Andy
If you have a S8, why do you even need a S600? I think the Audi makes an even better statement than a S600 at any business meetings. To me, the S8 stands for someone who is accomplished in their own right, who is careful with his/her money and understands the point of practicality (An all-season automobile) and some one who isn't bound too tightly by old tradition and is willing to think outside of the box when necessary. And with it being the S type Audi, it also tells your associates that you are someone who doesn't mind a little fun now and then. IMO, a Testarossa and a S8 is a wonderful combination.
Dear Bernie, for this you deserve that another kid to scary you with a big gun toy in the front of a mall in the near future...in Montreal there is only one Bernie P. with a '78 red 308GTS. You are a corporate finance officer, but you work for others not for you, that's why your brain can not accept larger orizons and other kind of ideas and wishes. What was your first car? A wreck? Don't fu*k with the people's dreams. For this get a wife... And quit playing with Star Wars toys - you're old now! It seems you had a bad childhood in the past. Best wishes and stop beeing unmannered. Andy
Dear TheGirlFriend / John Ross, I suggest that you to visit Bernie at Montreal. It is not too much to drive from your city. He also is a Ferrari owner and also is a Star Wars fan. Feel free to play your female role and (heart) this man too like in Brokeback Mountain. And not for free, take his red car instead. He will remain with his Neon which is quite nice for his manners. Good luck at your M.I.L.F. hunting! Andy
Where did you get this picture?? and whats the story with the bird in the photo and the he wouldnt... me? i like it!
Please don't begin your posts like this.. It's very unsettling. Not likely, since we don't have much of a gun culture in Canada, nor a tradition of vendetta. Plus, I shop at factory outlets and storefront boutiques. If I didn't know any better, I would say that's a veiled threat. Is it? Tread lightly my friend. My choice to work for others is my own. Having a boss does not necessarily denote stupidity, submission or not being able to expand your horizons. And at my level, we have to deal with realizing other people's dreams and new ideas. At least my first car was my own and it was paid for. Where did I?? Done! I never had any, nor was I ever a big sci-fi fan. Although I do find Shatner hilarious in Boston Legal. Age is just a state of mind. On the contrary, I had an amazing and memorable childhood. Like wise...and don't BS the F-Chat community.
john ross??? How the hell is John Ross??? (Knew this guy was 14! ) Looks like I have to play these cards now.... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Bah!!! I wouldn't be so hard on him. But now that I think about it...what was that remark about my Neon?
Found it during my meanderings in cyber-space. Don't know the story behind her....but I would hit it!
