Nice WRP10. Time to get launch control now, got it on mine last night! Boxer looks sensational, how about a sound clip/video of it?
hah got a few mods worth doing before id look into LC...work well?? Got a heap of video following the BB up and down arthurs seat road and thru the PCOTY test route, will upload it lateronish
Yep gets off the line REALLY well now, 0-100 definately in the low-mid 4's. Will go to the drags next week to try it out properly. Great, should be good!
no no drive he had a co pilot and i had my own car to drive too, maybe another time was great following it tho, very FAT presence on the road the ol Boxer
Awesome!! Sound great too?? I saw my brother driving my 348 once down the road, next to a Toyota L/C wagon and a Commodore behind it. It looked SO SEXY coming down the road, and small too. Little cars. 1st time I saw it, as I am always driving it. I am sure seeing FF's Boxer coming down the road would look just as cool. Ferraris are the best looking cars in the world IMO. Nearly every model Ferrari is gorgeous.
Next time when FF and rob have time, it would be nice to get both Boxers together for a run and some pics. That would be cool and I sure would be fun to have both ol girls on the road burning around like wildcats!
oh ****.. that was a shock to see after I'd replied Any neck or back problems due to being under that?
My car, seriously. Foot flat to the floor results in revs being held to 6000rpm (adjustable) when car is stationery (well, below 3kmh to be specific). 8-9psi of turbo boost is built up in this state and then you ride the clutch just a little and it hooks up like crazy! Not as sophisticated as in your F430 obviously, because I still have to control the clutch unlike you.
a few more.... I'd actually cleaned inside all the engine cover louvres that day... the curse of the BB owner... takes ages... one little pinky at a time.... had a great day.... until you've experienced a BB (carbs... of course) at full noise you just haven't had enough Ferrari time... While cruising uphill in 5th at 2000rpm behind some traffic... a little blip, down to 2nd and GONEeeeeeeeeeeeee! (eh Aidan? ) shines up ok for a barn find too... What a beast!! All shiny and red!! The BEST Ferrari colour!! You certainly have a gem there Phil. Look after her for me, one day she will be in my garage next to the 348. Do you get a permit every time you drive the BB mate? You still have the UK plates on it, yes? Have you not RW and registered it in Aus yet?
