possibly...didn't take any notice of the number plate....since it was just and old car as far as i was concerned
lol.. yes, generally.. but no, not in this case I haven't seen a black 430 in real life, and bet it would have some serious road presence. It's funny, when I see all the various cars at a concours etc, it's hard for one to stand out or to realise how wide/low etc they really are, and it isn't until I see one on the road surrounded by ordinary cars that I can better appreciate what makes them special. I couldn't beleive how wide a Testarossa was until I was driving behind one. I saw a red 360 spider near Dural on the w/e.. looked great!
Agree with that 100%. Until I saw a Testarossa in person, I did not realise how fat they really are. I wanted a 348 for a long time and was fixated on them. When I saw the Testarossa 1st time in 2005, I thought about saving some more money and buying one of them instead. Dont regret buying my 348 of course. The Testarossa looks ALOT better in person than in pics I reckon. Or maybe I just talking from a virgin Ferrari owner? I loved it. Have a vid of a Testarossa racing a WRX and the rear of that Ferrari is absolutely gorgeous. Still would like to own one, one day. But comes down to my same old problem.........too many Ferraris.........not enough monies.
saw a F355 GTS driving through the CBD today, with an attractive blond lady behind the wheel. Reg was 355GTS

Ferrari factory video on the 599 http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=2340551138694118409&q=ferrari+factory+duration%3Along
TOP TOP video, are there any out there like this one on aston martin? there are also hand made and i would love to see it. Had a quick search but couldnt find anything. any leads?
The way they said chassis and roof made me cring. The foundry was impressive, and it was interesting to hear they still use steel for drivetrain in the 599.
actually, I ddin't see them making the crankshaft which use to be milled from a solid billet of annealed steel if memory serves .... probably not
Pretty sure that they stopped that many moons ago. Modern metallurgy probably provides a better product these days anyway?
