The next time you see one maybe for sale you might wanna buy it. Fiero's are becoming very rare since they are used mainly for replicars, keep it all stock and you might have a collector car thats worth something for the future.

I think so. Looks a little too 'short' to be the real thing IMO. :):)
Other than that, looks like they did a good job. :):)

Im sorry. What I meant was 'people really put alot of time into these things, knowing full well that they are sh*tboxes and would sell next to nothing in comparison of the time and money they invested'. :):)

Gee, these last few replicas aren't that bad. I had to look real close to tell! I still don't understand why people go to all the trouble. just get a 1/18th.

Where do you get 1/18? The older fieros were crap the newer models are built on 2003, 2004 toyota mr2's. If I can get one for 2K sign me up.

The newer replica's hold value extremely well. There was a rumor that one sold for 50K USD, they probably built it for 35K so they did not get rich but they made a profit.

I think he meant that you get 1/18th of the performance and looks of a real Ferrari, compared to a crappy replica Ferrari!! :p:p

PAP You Da Man!!!! I feel honored to have a discussion with you.

next... the 406 pinifarina is fast as hell and the Toyota MR2 with a few engine mods can hold its own. So I don't think he meant 1/18 the power and speed.

If sombody just has to have a car that resembles a Ferrari that's fine. I just could not do it. I't doesn't look, sound, drive or feel like a Ferrari. Nor would it or you share in the legacy and history that is Ferrari. To me it is the equivilent of having a 1/18 scale model and yeah 1/18 the satisfaction. On second thought one bragging point would be the 300,000 mile engine out service!

It really depends on how you look at replica's and kitcars. For me its like building any other car except your replicating an exotic. Part of the fun is building it while the other comes from driving what you built and for me thats way more fun than any other types cars out there.

I don't like the way hotrods look so that why iam into kits.

    Sounds good but...

Although it's a fine history, I don't think the following care about the Legacy and History of Ferrari ().

    A) MillionareJeff ( he does'nt worship the car....he drives the hell out of it for fun!)
    B) Hot Siliconized Malibu & PacPal Milf's & Cougars ( My primary Target, they just have need )
    D) Hot 21yr old UCLA and Peperdine girls ( My Secondary Target )
    E) your Insurance Companies ( maybe that's why they charge so much )
    F) your Auto Mechanic ( whoaaaaaaaaaaaa )

I build houses for a living and I don't build because I like to share in the legacy and history of building houses I do it for the fun...

Some of the replica's seem like fun things to build, and you can drive them. I like to work with my hands.
