Why would the tire be the dealers fault if it happened during shipping?

Do you mean a manufacturers warranty or an aftermarket?

Did they tell you if the the warranty was only powertrain???

 

When I bought my Ferrari (02 360 F1) at the Collection In Nov. 05, they also told me that I had a full one year warranty and so far they have honored the warranty. Besides the tire was there anything else wrong with the car?

 

No, I bought at The Collection in Coral Gables.

 

Don't feel lonely, I bought a 575 from them the end of March 31. I paid in full
for the car, it took forever to get it shipped and then 3 months give or take a few days to get the title. And the only way I got that was to get the Florida DMV invloved, plus the better biz. If you want to see about complaints, get in touch with the Fla. DMV. And I know very well about after they sell you the car no one wants to talk to you. I could write a book on this deal.

Contact the DMV and file a complaint about the dealer. This is the only way to get the bad apples out of this biz.

In this case, Florida... You contact the DMV in whichever state the dealer you're having a problem with is doing business.

 

Funny since Texas and Florida have very similar laws

You will need to file a complaint with the Florida DMV. Have my file at office, will will provide you with name and phone number of the person who handled my complaint, tomorrow or Monday.

If it is the same company you want to file with the same office and the same officer.
Have all your paperwork ready for review. Send them a huge file and let them investigate.
One complaint does nothing. Two will put DMV on notice and watches the dealer once there are more than 2 they will investigate and then there is a good chance they will shut them down.

They were cited for 4 violations from my complaint

 

Call the Florida DMV at 561-640-6820 ext 305. Try to get hold of
Chevonne James compliance officer. They were cited four times with my
complaint. Also file with the Florida BBB.

This is S Fla fu*king the custumer over is the MO of all car dealers. I had to literally steal, yes STEAL one of my cars back from a very well reputed race team in Jupiter after paying almost $14K in engine mods. Three months later, they said it would be done in 2 weeks HAHAHA. I called every day, where is my f ing car (repeat 100X) personally threatening the owner, then finally broke in (actually my car was sitting outside w/the keys sitting on the seat) umm yeah nice right. Of course I had to have a flat bed w/me since the car was DOA. Their NASCAR style transporter was sitting out side and open as well so I helped my self to some new 19" BBS RGR's w/ MPSC's mounted to them to make up for suffering and aggravation. Funny thing is the place NEVER called me. You would think a call like "hey your ride got jacked last night" but nope. S Fla suks.
