Who can help me with this car.

It's a 250 GT SWB with a sharknose. It is a copy of a picture that came out a Dutch Ferrari Book.

The tekst under the picture says that this is the Ferrari from the son of the writer Sherlock Holmes and it was specialy made for him.

I would like to know the cars history and the chass.nr.

Kind of a shame that the car was recreated into a 'standard' SWB. Although the sharknose look around the headlights resembles an MGB (itself reputed to be a Pininfarina design), at least it was unique.

Yes, it really is a shame. Like you, i'm not keen on it either but now it looks like (almost) every other SWB.

When was the 'shark nose' added, when was it removed?

Claimed to have been converted in 1961 to honor Ferraris win in Le Mans. Converted back sometimt during last ten years. Why did someone convert a SWB to look like Reliant Sabre still beats me.
